New Trade Counter
We are proud to announce our new trade counter, complete with an all new design and it’s bigger! We completed it in September 2017 but seeing as though this is a new blog we thought we’d let you know on here too!
Why did we do this?
We had been wanting to invest in our trade counter for a little while and bring it up to scratch with how our business has developed to truly reflect us. After all, it’s the first impression you might have of us so it’s got to look good! However, that being said, ultimately we want you to be able to get a genuine feel for who we are when you step in that room and be confident in our ability to deliver solutions for you.
How does this benefit you?
Our Trade Counter is a local business service we offer where you can pop into our factory and speak face-to-face with one of our team who will be happy to help you obtain a solution for your needs. You’re able to have a look at products before you buy, browse through our product catalogues, discuss application requirements, get a quote for a hose assembly solution or collect goods you ordered earlier. It’s our one-stop shop for hose and related goods.
When can you visit?
Our Local Trade Counter Service is open five days a week, Monday-Friday. The times we are open can be seen below.

You will find our staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful so if you need technical advice, or want to look before you buy or pick up an order don’t hesitate to stop by. We also have free product guides and catalogues for you to take home.
Our Trade Counter is a one-stop shop for all hose-related products.
