Delivery Information
At Flextech we offer a variety of delivery methods in order to ensure that you get your goods at a time that is convenient for you. Standard Next Day Delivery is the default delivery method for all of our products whilst other available options include, Named Day Delivery, Palletised Delivery, Call & Collect & International Delivery.
Call & Collect (Free)
Call & Collect is our Free delivery method by which you are able to come into our Slough Distribution Centre and pick up your order yourself after having placed and paid for your order over the phone. This is convenient if you are passing through the area, live locally or operate a business nearby. Most of our products are eligible for collection, some even on the same day. We will let you know when your item is able to be picked up by either contacting you via telephone or email.
Call & Collect is only available for items which have been paid upfront in full. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer this service for items which are on agreed credit account terms.

Standard Next Day Delivery
Place your order before 3pm to qualify for standard next day delivery. Any orders placed after this time cannot be guaranteed for next day delivery. There is a possibility that orders placed after the specified time may still arrive the next day however it is most likely the order will be despatched on the following day.

This standard delivery method is the default for all products distributed by Flextech Hose Solutions Ltd assuming that the products specified in your order are in stock at our distribution centre.
If non-standard stock items have to be bought in direct from a supplier goods will be despatched as soon as we receive the specified items at our Slough distribution centre. We will always give you a call when your goods arrive to determine the most suitable delivery time for you.
Named Working Day Delivery
Pick a date of your choice between Monday to Saturday 8.30am – 6pm, excluding public holidays. We recommend this option if our standard delivery is not convenient.

This option applies only to orders under 25Kg as anything over this weight will be palletised.
Palletised Delivery (Standard 2-3 Days)
Any items that are too large or too heavy to be despatched in a box will first be palletised and then delivered to you. Palletised items may cost more due to increased courier carriage charges.

Palletised Delivery (Next Day)
As well as offering a standard pallet service we also offer a Next Day delivery service for pallets if you need an order urgently.

Premium Charges
At Flextech we do offer several delivery add-ons if you require a more precise delivery. These add-ons come at a premium charge which are added onto the basic cost of the standard delivery rate.

Terms of Delivery
With some of our products we are able to order in advance if the item is currently not in stock at our distribution centre, but we are aware that more stock is on its way. We will also be able to give you an expected delivery date that the item will arrive to us on site.
VAT & Delays
Please be aware that that we cannot offer VAT refunds to overseas customers ordering goods to be delivered to a UK address.
We deliver to most postal areas within the UK mainland, including Northern Ireland however sometimes location and carrier availability may restrict our service and so we may not be able to get products to you as quickly as possible. Delivery may be limited at times at points throughout the year to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and Possibly Scotland.
Although at Flextech we make every effort to ensure that deliveries are prompt and on time we are aware that sometimes delays do occur. If we become aware of any unexpected delivery delays we will contact you to let you know.
