At Flextech, we specialise in the design, development, and manufacturing of hygienic hose assemblies for different uses. These hoses can handle temperatures from -40˚C to +100˚C. Our high quality food and dairy hoses are swaged for cleanliness, reducing bacterial growth and contamination. This improves employee health and safety and extends the life of the hose assemblies.

Flextech dairy hoses are able to handle up to 10-bar working pressure and 30-bar burst pressure. They are perfect for transporting fatty foods and dairy products.

Dairyflex® is Flextech’s range of hygienic rubber, food quality dairy washdown hoses. They are safe for milk, dairy, and fatty foods, meeting FDA and BGA standards.

Dairyflex® hose assembly liners are corrugated and are made up of NBR rubber compound. Our food quality liner in our dairy hoses is odorless and taste-free, making sure food processing is hygienic. Dairyflex® hose covers are made of blue cloth impression NBR rubber that resists ozone, abrasion, and weathering. They offer a high quality and affordable dairy hose solution.

Food Hoses

Flextech provides high-quality hoses for food products like sugar, grains, rice, salt, flour, fruit, and animal foods. These hoses are designed for both suction and delivery purposes. They are ideal for transferring various food items safely and efficiently.

Flextech's hoses are lightweight, durable, and flexible. These hoses are light, strong, and bend easily. The linings are made of nitrile (NBR), neoprene rubber, polyurethane (PU), or PVC. This prevents any taste or smell from getting into the contents.

Food hoses can be reinforced with rigid spirals or synthetic piles with copper wire. This extra support makes the hoses strong against being crushed, vacuum pressure, and static buildup. They have a smooth inside that stops bacteria from growing, making them easy to clean and meet hygiene rules.

Dry Food Hoses

Use Flextech's dry food hoses and ducting to easily and safely transport grains, rice, sugar, flour, and animal foods.

We have different types of dry food hoses available. These include antistatic PVC hoses, crush-resistant PU vacuum hoses, and reinforced Polyurethane ducting. The sizes range from 1 inch to 14 inches. We also offer nitrile rubber hoses with an odourless and taste-free liner.
