Polyurethane / PU Hose Assemblies

The Flextech industrial PU hoses are manufactured from a flexible PU-ether, lined with PVC and reinforced with high tensile polyester fibres. They’re designed for the delivery of compressed air, a number of inert or reactive fluids including fuels and oils and even small solid items including food flours and grains, cosmetic powders and pharmaceutical pills. Our range of PU hose assemblies can work under pressures of up to 80 bar, with operating temperatures ranging between -40°c to +90°c. This makes them compatible with chemicals used in mining, construction, agriculture, vehicle repair and in-plant operations. The Polyurethane compound offers a level of strength and flexibility that makes it extremely versatile.

Our PU hose range covers pneumatic and compressed air varieties, hydrocarbon transfer hoses and crush resistant multipurpose hose.
