What is a polyurethane suction hose assembly?
Flextech’s industrial polyurethane suction hoses are manufactured from a flexible PU-ether reinforced with a nylon wire helix/spiral. They’re designed for the suction and delivery of compressed air, a number of inert or reactive fluids including fuels and oils and even small solid items. Our range of PU suction hoses can work under pressures of up to 80 bar as hose assemblies, with operating temperatures ranging between -40°c to +90°c.

Custom Polyurethane Hose Assemblies
We can offer polyurethane suction hoses to be supplied in either coil lengths or bespoke lengths with inner diameters ranging from 6mm to 63mm dependent on the hose. They can also be assembled with hose couplings, utilising either a simple clamping method or hygienically swaged using an interlocking coupling system.
