Key Features
In addition to being very light, Flextech’s nylon tubing provides excellent mechanical resistance to impact, fatigue, pulsing, flexing, abrasion and cutting. Its robustness gives it excellent performance under vacuum. An active calibration process ensures its excellent dimensional accuracy. Flextech’s nylon tubing is made of polyamide 12 – The characteristics of this material ensure good general chemical resistance and excellent
impermeability to gases. Its low friction factor is provided by a very smooth texture of the inner and outer surfaces. Varied colours help to identify the different networks easily. Packaging in a cardboard cassette facilitates storage.
Applications
Ideally suited for pneumatic controls, the transfer of fluids and liquids under pressure such as; chemical products, fuel and lubricants, lacquers and solvents.
Nylon tubing is typically used in sectors of industry such as; the automatic functions of all types of machines on assembly lines and packaing lines and is also commonly found in laboratories.

Smooth, mono-layer design in flexible polyamide 12. Available in; Yellow, Blue, Green, Red, Black or Translucent.
Connections
Barbed or serrated type connectors with band or butterfly clamps. Swaged fittings are unsuitable.
