Description
A lightweight polyamide 12 nylon air coil which has high resistance to oils and organic/non-organic media. Nylon air coils are preformed to make a springy coil which prevents tangling and twisting.
Working pressures up to: 15 bar
Temp range: -40℃ to 80℃

In addition to being very light, Flextech’s nylon tubing provides excellent mechanical resistance to impact, fatigue, pulsing, flexing, abrasion and cutting. Its robustness gives it excellent performance under vacuum. An active calibration process ensures its excellent dimensional accuracy. Flextech’s nylon tubing is made of polyamide 12 – The characteristics of this material ensure good general chemical resistance and excellent
impermeability to gases. Its low friction factor is provided by a very smooth texture of the inner and outer surfaces.
Varied colours help to identify the different networks easily. Packaging in a cardboard cassette facilitates storage.

Commonly used on industrial air tools such as production line assemblies, pneumatic controls, for the transfer of liquids and fluids under pressure, and chemical products etc

Tube
Smooth walled, coiled mono-layer tube in flexible polyamide 12. Available in; Yellow, Blue, Green, Red, Black or Translucent.
Connections
Barbed or serrated type connectors with band or butterfly clamps. Swaged fittings are unsuitable.
