Description
A transparent hose for hydrocarbon transfer at 13 bar (maximum).
Working pressures up to: 20 bar
Temp range: -15℃ to 60℃
Key Features
The composition of this hose’ material compound is designed specially for hydrocarbon transfer. Thus, its retains its flexibility, even after intensive use. It withstands repeated bending, whilst also offering excellent resistance to ageing. The clear aspect of both the core and the coating provides for easy visual control of fluids transfer.
Applications
Ideally suited for pumps, burners, frost prevention, heating equipment and chemical transfer of things such as petrols, certain acids and bases, oils, alcohols etc. covering areas of industry including automotive, food production, woodworking, workshop garages, assembly plants, construction and the plastics industry. This hose is not suitable for aromatic hydrocarbons.
Construction
Liner
Smooth, clear/green, PVC core.
Reinforcement/s
Single layer of polyester fibre braiding.
Cover
Flexible, clear/green, PVC outer which is hydrocarbon resistant.
Connections
Band, worm drive, screw or ‘O’ ring clamps. Swaged fittings can be used if they do not damage the hose.
