Description
T4210 PharmaSil™ braided silicone hose assemblies are; very flexible, USP Class VI hoses designed for the delivery of pharmaceutical media. Furthermore, their high specification means they are also suitable for applications in the; medical, bio-technology, life sciences and food and beverage markets. The smoothbore, high purity, platinum cured, extruded silicone liner not only meets USP VI but also EU Pharmacopoeia, FDA 21.CFR.177.2600 and an additional numerous list of other standards. Due to the open mesh polyester braid reinforcement the hose has increased pressure capabilities, extreme flexibility and is suitable for positive pressure pharmaceutical applications.
PharmaSil™ T4210 braided silicone hose is produced in one of the most versatile and flexible FED STD 209E Class 10,000 clean room manufacturing facilities in Europe, using procedures controlled by ISO 9001:2008 standards. Therefore, clean room conditions are continually monitored to guarantee a Class 7 standard is maintained. The production facility used only produces platinum cured silicone products to ensure there is nil cross contamination.

Applications
