Description
T5700LHD Brewflex® Lite flexible heavy duty brewers hose assemblies are; 16 bar, light-weight, very flexible, food quality hoses designed for the suction & delivery of beer. Furthermore, these hoses are suitable for; wine, cider, alcohol (up to 96%) and soft drinks. It is the white, mirror finish, butyl liner that allows Brewflex® to convey a diverse range of media. This hose' liner is a manufactured from a butyl rubber compound that is certified and approved to FDA 21.CFR.177.2600.
T5700LHD Brewflex® Lite Heavy Duty beer hoses for suction and delivery applications have been purposely designed to be very flexible and have an increased resistance to kinking. This is in addition to being rated to a higher working pressure of 16 bar than the standard Brewflex® Lite T5700L hoses we offer. These hoses are typically used in larger breweries where higher working pressures and flexibility are fundamental requirements.

Applications
Brewflex® is specifically designed for breweries, winepresses, distilleries, bottlers, cider & perry presses, soft drinks beverage producers and drinking water applications. The white Butyl liner is what enables Brewflex® suitability for varying applications as it is completely neutral to taste and odour, smooth, non-porous and temperature resistant up to 120°c.

Liner
Smooth, white, butyl (BIIR) rubber compound. This food quality liner is odourless and taste free.
Reinforcement/s
High strength synthetic plies with steel wire spirals.
Cover
Corrugated, red, cloth impression EPDM rubber with an anti-friction coating. Resistant to ozone, abrasion and weathering.
Connections
Flextech offer 316L stainless steel, permanently swaged Shawlok® couplings which includes Triclamp, DIN 11851, RJT, SMS, IDF, BSP and BSPT fully hygienic end connections for our range of Brewflex® hoses.
