Description

T5705 Brewflex® brewers suction & delivery hose assemblies are; 16 bar, tough and flexible, food quality hoses designed for the suction & delivery of beer. Furthermore, these hoses are suitable for; wine, cider, alcohol (up to 96%) and soft drinks. It is the white, mirror finish, butyl liner that allows Brewflex® to convey a diverse range of media. This hose' liner is manufactured from a butyl rubber compound that is certified and approved to FDA 21.CFR.177.2600.

Brewflex® T5705 suction & delivery hoses are the most popular hoses available in our Brewflex® range. This is due to the fact that the wire spiral reinforces the hose allowing it to perform extremely well in both suction and delivery applications whilst maintaining an increased level of flexibility. It is worth noting that due to their increased resistance to kinking Brewflex® suction & delivery hoses are a suitable alternative to T5701.

Applications

Brewflex® is specifically designed for breweries, winepresses, distilleries, bottlers, cider & perry presses, soft drinks beverage producers and drinking water applications. The white Butyl liner is what enables Brewflex® suitability for varying applications as it is completely neutral to taste and odour, smooth, non-porous and temperature resistant up to 120°c.

Construction

Liner
Smooth, white, butyl (BIIR) rubber compound. This food quality liner is odourless and taste free.
Reinforcement/s
High strength synthetic plies with steel wire spirals.
Cover
Smooth, red, cloth impression EPDM rubber with an anti-friction coating. Resistant to ozone, abrasion and weathering.
