T5715LHD | DAIRYFLEX^® Lite Easy Operation 16Bar Food Suction & Delivery Hose

Description

The T5715LHD Dairyflex® Lite hose by Flextech is a 16 bar, medium weight and flexible suction and delivery hose for milk, fatty foods and dairy produce, as well as animal fats. Flextech's dairy hoses are manufactured with non-tainting FDA liner, ensuring the hose is safe for food contact and is ideal for use in dairies and food environments.

The T5715LHD has a higher working pressure than the T5715L and is our medium weight flexible dairy hose produced within the Dairyflex® range and is designed for closed quarter and narrow environments where tight bends are mandatory for the hose to make whilst working at higher pressures.

Working pressures up to: 16 bar

Temp range: -30℃ to 100℃

Construction

Liner
Smooth, white, NBR rubber compound. This food quality liner is odourless and taste free.
Reinforcement/s
High strength synthetic plies with steel wire spirals.
Corrugated cover
Corrugated, blue, cloth impression NBR rubber which is resistant to ozone, abrasion and weathering.

Connections

Flextech offer 316L stainless steel, permanently swaged Shawlok® couplings which includes Triclamp, DIN 11851, RJT, SMS, IDF, BSP and BSPT fully hygienic end connections for our range of fatty foods and dairy produce hoses.
