T6100 | PTFE Lined Hose Assemblies

Description

T6100 PTFE Lined Hose Assemblies; rated up to 241 bar (3494 psi), have a temperature range of -60°c to +260°c and offer high flow rates are designed for fluid transfer applications in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical markets. And, as a result of their high flow rates enabled by the smooth-bore of the PTFE inner tube, these hose assemblies can carry a diverse range of other media too. Furthermore, the stainless steel overbraid acts as both a reinforcement and a cover protecting the inner tube from becoming damaged.

Flextech's T6100 Teflon® hoses for food contact are a lighter-weight, lower working pressure alternative to our T6105 PTFE Hose Assemblies for foodstuffs and pharmaceuticals.

Consequently, in order to satisfy the needs of ATEX applications we also offer an anti-static equivalent, T6110 smoothbore ATEX hoses, which are FDA 21 CFR 178.3297 and ATEX Directive 94/9/EC certified.

Finally, if higher flexibility is of a greater importance than flow rate, it would be worth taking a look at our range of convoluted PTFE hoses.
