Description

T5701 Brewflex® hygienic heavy wall brewers delivery hose assemblies are; 16 bar, tough and flexible, food quality, delivery hoses designed for the conveyance of beer. Furthermore, these brewers hoses are suitable for; wine, cider, alcohol (up to 96%) and soft drinks. It is the white, mirror finish, butyl liner that allows Brewflex® to convey a diverse range of media. This hose' liner is UK manufactured from a butyl rubber compound that is certified and approved to FDA 21.CFR.177.2600.

Brewflex® T5701 delivery brewery hoses typically have the heaviest wall thickness out of the Brewflex® range of hygienic hoses and as a result, they tend to be best suited for more hard-wearing, arduous environments.

The lack of a wire spiral support in delivery hoses means they will not deform if squashed but consequently they will collapse if operating under vacuum. However, due to the wall on Brewflex® T5701 being so thick it will in fact perform well under vacuum.

Brewflex® is specifically designed for breweries, winepresses, distilleries, bottlers, cider & perry presses, soft drinks beverage producers and drinking water applications. The white Butyl liner is what enables Brewflex® suitability for varying applications as it is completely neutral to taste and odour, smooth, non-porous and temperature resistant up to 120°c.

Liner
Smooth, white, butyl (BIIR) rubber compound. This food quality liner is odorless and taste free.
Reinforcement/s
High strength synthetic plies.
Cover
Smooth, red, cloth impression EPDM rubber with an anti-friction coating. Resistant to ozone, abrasion and weathering.
