Description

T6105 FDA PTFE Lined Hose Assemblies, rated ot 276 bar (4002 psi) and a temperature range of -60°c to +260°c, are primarily used for the conveyance of fluid transfer on applications in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical markets. It is the smooth-bore of the PTFE inner tube which allows these hose assemblies to carry a diverse range of media at a high flow rate. Two layers of stainless steel overbraid act with a dual purpose, both as a reinforcement and a cover protecting the inner tube from becoming damaged.

The double braid reinforcement enables T6105 PTFE lined hoses to take higher working pressures of up to 276 bar over our T6100 PTFE hoses.

Consequently, in order to satisfy the needs of ATEX applications we also offer an anti-static equivalent of this product, T6115 double braided smoothbore ATEX hoses, which are FDA 21 CFR 178.3297 and ATEX Directive 94/9/EC certified.

Finally, if higher flexibility is of a greater importance than flow rate, it would be worth taking a look at our range of convoluted PTFE hoses.
